      • Some of the reagents were noted being passed their expiration date. The reagents were replaced by the operator during inspection onsite.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • 1-Soap was not supplied in men's washroom. Ensure the soap is supplied at hand sink and the showers.2- Shower head needs to be replaced. Replace the shower head.
