      • A chemical labeled "please keep out of reach of children" was observed in an unlocked cabinet beneath the handwashing sink in the Kinder 1 Room. Ensure chemicals are stored in a place that is inaccessible to children. The operator relocated the indicated chemical during the inspection.

      • A ceiling tile near the entrance in Preschool Room 2 was observed with a water stain. Please ensure the indicated ceiling tile is replaced.

      • The first aid kit in the Kinder 2 Room was observed with expired alcohol wipes. Ensure non-expired alcohol wipes are provided for the first aid kits.

      • Several sleeping mattresses were observed with rips in the Preschool 2 and Preschool 1 Rooms. Please ensure the indicated mattresses are replaced to ensure the surface remains smooth, moisture resistant and easy to clean.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Several bottles of paint in the Preschool Room 2 were observed with an age rating of age 4 plus. Please ensure paint is appropriate for the given age group in the room. The operator removed the indicated paint during the inspection.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • The thermometer in the fridge in the Preschool Room 2 was observed to be in disrepair. Ensure a functional thermometer is available to monitor temperatures. The operator provided a functional thermometer in the indicated fridge during the inspection.
