      • Hand sanitizers expired in 2022. The hand sanitizers were discarded during the inspection. Ensure that hand sanitizers used have NPN/DIN, alcohol content between 60 and 90%, and are not expired.

      • Single-use tools, including nail files and buffing blocks, were being reused. Ensure that single-use tools are discarded after each client. Used tools were discarded during the inspection.

      • Some re-usable tools (eyelash tweezers) were not visibly clean. Ensure that the re-usable tools are visibly clean prior to disinfection.
