- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): AGAIN observed potentially hazardous foods stored above the insert fill-line in the preparation coolers -of note cut strawberries, pasta noodles. The sliced strawberries at 11 deg C, pasta noodles at 6 deg C -operator indicates they were placed less than hour ago.
- NOTE: the slats are missing for holding the inserts at the correct levels -a few were found but some still needed
- NOTE: this was also cited in the August 30, 2022 routine inspection -continued infractions will require increased enforcement such as ticketing
- Corrective Action(s): Moved the foods below in the preparation cooler
- Replace the slats in the preparation coolers for the inserts so workers can prepare and assemble the foods as necessary.

- Corrective Action(s): Do not exceed the fill-lines in preparation coolers insert level -place food below the vents as shown
- Operator placed the foods in the below fridge drawers
