      • Corrective Action(s): Any reused wiping towels are to be rinsed and kept in a sanitizer bucket between uses. Otherwise hamper the towels after a single use (use fresh towels each time in use with the spray bottle)

      • Orkin Pest Control comes in regularly as part of the pest control program -live traps, sticky traps throughout -no activity as per last reports
      • Corrective Action(s): Remove all mouse droppings -check daily for fresh ones
      • Clean and disinfect the plastic food containers with a dilute bleach solution (1/2 teaspoon + 1 liter)
