- ** 0ppm chlorine residual was measured in the final rinse of the dishwasher. The dishwasher was primed and there was still no chlorine residual measured in the final rinse.**0ppm Iodine residual was measured in the final rinse of the glasswasher- The QUATs sanitizer dispenser at the two-compartment sink was dispensing 200ppm QUATs sanitizerFor the meantime, dishes and glasses shall be washed in the dishwasher and then sanitized in the sink with 200ppm QUATs solution.ACTION REQUIRED:1) Repair the dishwasher and glasswasher and ensure that they are dispensing 100ppm chlorine residual and 12ppm iodine residual respectively in the final rinse.2) Sanitizer concentrations for the glasswasher and dishwasher shall be checked daily

There is buildup of dirt and grease in these areas.2) Inside the ice machine. There is biofilm on the ice tray. Empty the ice bin, clean and sanitize the ice tray and the ice bin.3) The ceiling vents above the cookline/stove. there is dust build up on them4) Hard to reach areas throughout the facility require regular cleaning
