- Wet cleaning cloth was left on clean dishwashing drying rack surface. Cleaning cloths must be immediately removed for laundering or stored in sanitizing solution (100ppm bleach or 200ppm Quatranary ammonia). Cloth removed during inspection.

- 1. Bowls and plastic cups used as scoops were stored submerged in bulk products such as flour and sugar. Ensure that proper scoops are used in bulk products so that the handle does not come in contact with the food product. Bowls and cups were removed during inspection.2. Dishwashing sorting bins for cooking utensils had dust and debris at the bottom. Clean dish bins.
