      • 1-3 years room1) Foam toys with prominent bite marks were observed. - Always maintain the toys in good repair. 2) Raw wood toys were being used. - Seal the wood so that it is smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbent to moisture.

      • Facility did not have the 1000 ppm test strips for chlorine. -Provide 1000 ppm test strips.

      • Insufficient heat distribution throughout facility.Ensure compliance to requirements.Ensure that ventilation - hvac system is operating according to required cfm as stipulated by manufacturer. Consult with safety codes of city of calgary.

      • Insufficient lighting in downstairs bathroom. Ensure that it has been bulit as stipulated by plans.

      • areas throughout the facility need attention specifically cleaning; finishing;Staff are not using a cleaner first they are using a bleach and water solution which is for disinfection.
    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • Ensure that the water temperature is 49 degrees or less; install thermal regulators at children's taps.As discussed manual dishwashing is being conducted in the kitchen therefore turning down the hot water tank temperature is not a feasible option.
