      • Ensure wiping cloths are stored in 200ppm bleach or Quats sanitizer or use new wiping cloth. Corrected at time of inspection. Comments Routine inspection conducted. Hand sink is supplied with paper towel, hot water and hand soap. Walk-in cooler 4°C or less, food is protected from contamination and temperature logs are recorded daily. Walk-in freezer -18°C or less. All staff and volunteers have valid FoodSafe level 1 certification. High temperature dishwasher measured 71°C at the plate level. Surface sanitizer measured 200ppm Quats.
