      • One of the sink and surface sanitizers dispensers measured 0 ppm. The facility was instructed to use the other dispenser, which measured within the appropriate range. Manager was going to phone chemical supplier ASAP.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • The bulk self-serve paprika bin was missing the scoop holder. Staff had a replacement bin and began the process of correcting this during inspection.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The ice cream freezer measured between -6 to 4°C. All foods were still frozen and moved to the walk-in freezer during inspection. Manager was going to call contractor to investigate.
