      • Combined chlorine tested high, at 2.55 ppm. - Maintain combined chlorine at the lowest level possible.
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • The cold tub turnover rate and filtration rate could not be determined because the flow meter reading could not be accessed behind the tub. The staff was not trained on how to view the flow meter reading as it requires a special device. - Flow rate must be monitored and recorded daily to ensure proper turnover rate and to ensure that filtration rate of the filter is not being exceeded.
