     • The cold tub turnover and filtration rate could not be determined due to the flow meter being inaccessible behind the tub. Staff were not trained to view the flow meter as it required a special device- Flow rate must be monitored daily to ensure proper turnover rate and to ensure filtration rate is not being exceeded
