      • 1. Barbicide containers had hair - combs were not washed prior to disinfection. Ensure that combs are washed prior to disinfection.2. Razor blade handles kept in the clean drawers were not visibly clean. Ensure that the razor blade handles are washed and disinfected after each use. Do not store contaminated equipment with clean equipment. 3. Some razor blade handles could not be fully open for cleaning and disinfection. Ensure that razor blade handles can be fully open, including the part holding the razors, for proper cleaning and disinfection.

      • One disinfecting product was not acceptable - it did not have a DIN. Discard.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • The surfaces in the facility were not kept visibly clean: hair observed on the Barbicide containers, sharps disposal containers and workstations. Ensure that the facility is maintained in clean and sanitary condition.
