- The operator did not submit a personal service notification for their nail services. As of 2020 the Personal Services Regulation requires operators and existing businesses to notify Environmental Public Health of the services they offer.The operator completed and submitted a personal service notification at the time of the inspection.

- Written procedures were not available for cleansing of the skin, accidental cut/puncture, and post-service care following an accidental cut/puncture could not be reviewed for the nail services. Written procedures must be readily available to review. Please complete. An AHS template was provided to the operator.
