(b) insects, rodents and other pests are controlled;
- Rodent activity noted around and on the bread ovens in the back of the kitchen and under the tables in the dish pit area. Control the pest issue, clean up pest droppings, and regularly clean up food debris to discourage pests from entering the kitchen.
