- - The pizza sauce was kept uncovered beside the prep station. It was explained that food must be covered while not in use to prevent contamination.*The operator corrected the violation on-site and covered the sauce with a lid.

- - The baseboard behind the pizza oven is coming off, and there is a broken tile in front of the prep cooler and a cracked one beside the pizza oven. However, the area was clean and well-maintained.* The operator indicated that they had reported the problem with the franchise and were working with the managers to fix it. It was explained that to avoid accumulating food debris, keep up with the regular cleaning until the tiles and baseboards are fixed.
