      • The following areas are visibly dirty and requires cleaning:- The crevices of the client's bed have dust and bed surfaces had oil. - The divider wall in the service room is grimy with wax and oil.- The areas around the wax pot (underneath the aluminum foil) in the service room is covered in wax.- the floor around entrance area- area around the hand sinkPlease clean and sanitize the facility thoroughly.
