    • Are children supervised, and are employee to children ratios maintained?
      • Observation(s): - It was observed and confirmed by the licensee that in the month of December 2015 there was one child under the age of 12 months attending with a total of 4 children under 48 months old in attendance at the same time. Reviewed Schedule E group sizes. -A child was taken to upstairs on the highest level of the home to sleep while two others sleep on the ground level of the split level home. The upstairs is not designated or approved for licensed child care. This was resolved during inspection when it was brought to the licensee's attention.
      • Ensure the ratio of employees to children is no less than permitted in Schedule E; 34( 2 )(b)
      • Children must be supervised at all times by a qualified person; 39( 1 )
