     • Observation(s): The complaint alleged the facility does not have diapering and toileting equipment available in the facilities bathroom. During the inspection the facilities bathroom was inspected. It was observed the bathroom did not contain a covered waste bin, diaper change mat, step stool, potty seats, or a method for hand drying. This was resolved during the inspection. Based on the licensing officers observations during the inspection this was substantiated. Submit to licensing by April 18, 2025, a plan that outlines the procedure of how children will be diapered and toileted at the facility.
