    • 209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Raw egg was found stored above an opened carton of pasteurized egg in a refrigerator. (Public Health Significance) - raw egg or their holder may contain foreign substances or pathogens, which can contaminate the pasteurized egg underneath.
      • Corrective Action: Operator immediately put raw eggs on the bottom of the refrigerator.
    • 302 - Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
      • Observation: The final rinse temperature of the dishwasher could not reach 71C. (Public Health Significance) - adequate final rinse temperature could ensure a maximum killing of pathogenic microorganisms on the plates and utensils, preventing foodborne illnesses.
      • Corrective Action: The operator immediately switched to manual dishwashing. Operator to ensure the final rinse temperature of the dishwasher can reach to a minimum of 71C or 160F.
    • 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Two pans were found having non-stick coating damaged. (Public Health Significance) - Damaged non-stick coating can release harmful chemicals or chip off, potentially contaminating foods chemically or physically.
      • Corrective Action: The operator immediately discarded the pans.
