Complete all relevant sections, or establish procedures specific for the business.

      • * Biological indicators (BI) were expired (10/2025).* The results of external, internal and type 5 chemical indicators were not recorded in the sterilization log.Corrective Actions:- Please acquire new BIs.- Ensure chemical indicator results are verified and recorded in the sterilization log.
