      • Operator states he operated last week. Oil spill (petroleum) on floor of food truck near the drivers area. Miscellaneous items strewn about the floor for maintenance including empty gas containers and tools. Ensure this is removed prior to any food service.All surfaces - shelves, in food truck appear to have oily staining or debris build up. Floors of food trucks are in unclean condition. Inside freezer has food staining at the bottom. Final clean of food truck required prior to going to any future event.
