- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Main display cooler at the front measured at 6-8C. Temperature logs showed that the unit temperature varied from 4C to 11C and no action was noted for any of the temperatures that were above 4C.
- Corrective Action(s): Unit was adjusted during inspection. Recommend looking at coolant recirculation coil to ensure it is free of dust. **Also write on the top of the temperature log the temperature that the unit must be at - ie 4C or less so staff know when unit is not functioning properly.**
