   • 19(1)(c) A food establishment must be located, designed, constructed and maintained to ensure all of the following:  (c) that the surfaces and materials are durable, non-toxic and are easy to maintain, clean and sanitize;
     • Remove tape surface patches in the kitchen, and apply proper finishes. Refinish the drywall by the bathroom handwash sink (sand and paint where the paint is peeled off). Seal/paint the unfinished wooden blocks under the prep table by the walk-in cooler.

     • Finish the unfinished food storage area off of the kitchen. Identify and fix the source of water damage on the ceiling.
