(c) that the surfaces and materials are durable, non-toxic and are easy to maintain, clean and sanitize;
- Remove tape surface patches in the kitchen, and apply proper finishes. Refinish the drywall by the bathroom handwash sink (sand and paint where the paint is peeled off). Seal/paint the unfinished wooden blocks under the prep table by the walk-in cooler.
