- Mold-like substance observed inside the ice machine and on ice. Drain the ice and clean/sanitize the interior of the ice machine. This should be added into the written cleaning schedule for regular cleaning.

- Cookline requires a deep cleaning, specifically the wall/floors at the back and the sides of the cooking equipment (build-up of grease).

- Large amount of recycling bottles and containers noted in the back storage area. Company is currently coming to remove recycling once a month - recommend increasing the frequency.
