      • Observation(s): Sanitizer bucket placed at front of the kitchen was measured at minimal (i.e., <200 ppm ) quats concentration. CDI - Use quats test strips to ensure a minimum of 200 ppm concentration is measured in the sanitizer buckets, and replace the sanitizer solution every 2 hours or as needed.
      • F2.3D Sanitizer solution must be available and kept at the correct levels for adequate sanitizing action.
    • F2.7 Are there handwashing stations available and properly supplied?
      • Observation(s): No paper towel was observed at the front and back handwashing stations. This may lead to inadequate handwashing of food handlers. - CDI The handwash sink located at the back of the kitchen was occupied by dishes during the inspection and inaccessible to food handlers. CDI - Ensure all handwash stations are accessible at all times, equipped with soap/ paper towel, and ONLY designated for handwashing. Post a handwashing sign at handwash stations.
