      • Observation(s): LO reviewed with the Licensee, processes and routines for disinfecting toys, diapering, and the basic cleaning of the facility. Licensing was satisfied the Licensee has an adequate system for cleaning and disinfecting; however, handwashing practices are not consistent. LO observed children transition to lunch without handwashing first. The Licensee stated handwashing will be increased at the facility for staff and children. Licensing was satisfied the non-compliance was addressed during the inspection.
