      • 3 of 4 spray bottles of Eradik 8 were <200 ppm. Please discard sanitizer with low concentrations and prepare new solution.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • High temperature dishwasher was on when inspector began inspection. The dishwasher ran three times during inspection. Highest temperature at the rinse cycle was 60C. Please adjust temperature. Discussed purchasing a waterproof thermometer to ensure dishwasher reaches proper temperature.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Quats test strips for Eradik 8 were not available at time of inspection. This is a repeat non-compliance. Please purchase test strips
