- 3 of 4 spray bottles of Eradik 8 were <200 ppm. Please discard sanitizer with low concentrations and prepare new solution.

- High temperature dishwasher was on when inspector began inspection. The dishwasher ran three times during inspection. Highest temperature at the rinse cycle was 60C. Please adjust temperature. Discussed purchasing a waterproof thermometer to ensure dishwasher reaches proper temperature.
