INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR CEILING AND REPLACE MISSING COVING THRU OUT ABOVE SPOTS. ALSO OBSERVED NEW DRY WALL FRONT DINNING ROOM, REAR REST ROOM NOT SEALED INSTRUCTED TO SEAL(PAINT).
