      • One of the sanitizer spray bottles labeled as "bleach" measured 0 ppm chlorine. The contents of the spray bottle were disposed of.

      • Chlorine test strips were unable to be located. Please obtain and ensure sanitizer spray bottles and the sanitizing compartment for dishwashing is measuring at 100 ppm chlorine.

      • No written pest control documentation is observed. Ensure that written pest control documentation is completed and available on-site.

      • The food permit is not posted. Ensure that the food permit is posted where the public can view it.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The white wooden storage box used to temporarily store sesame seeds before disposal is observed to be in disrepair and is no longer smooth, easily cleanable and resistant to moisture. Ensure that the indicated work surface is sealed and/or refinished and/or replaced to be smooth, resistant to moisture and easy to clean.

      • The water pressure at the handwashing sink in the staff washroom is observed to be low. Ensure that the handwashing sink is serviced/repaired to provide adequate water pressure for handwashing.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Clean food storage container lids are observed to be stored inside dirty metal containers on the shelf beside the 3-compartment dishwashing sink. Ensure that clean dishes are stored in a manner that prevents cross-contamination. The operator cleaned the dishes and the metal containers during the inspection.

      • 1. The white metal shelf used to store pizza boxes is observed with a buildup of grime and food debris. 2. The doors to the kitchen are observed with a buildup of grime.1-2. Ensure that the indicated areas are cleaned and sanitized.
