    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • The concentration of chlorine in the sanitizer bottle was very strong. This was corrected to 100 ppm.
    • 07. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Popcorn kernels are in an unsealed bag and on the floor. Please have the bag sealed and of the floor or in a sealed container.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Soup and chilli were placed in a hot holding unit without reheating to at least 74C. High risk foods must be re-heated before placing in hot holding units. These units are not meant to reheat foods, but to keep foods out of the danger zone at 60C or above.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • The concentration of chlorine for dishwashing was at 50 ppm, this was corrected to 100 ppm.
