      • Glass door leading to the gym does not have child proof locks. Keys are lost according to landlord, and the lost key can be used from the gym side to access the daycare. Ensure lock is changed and ensure clients cannot open door easily from the daycare side. Child proof locks are required.

The infant change table appeared to be too far away from an available hand wash sink.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Move the infant change table closer to an available hand wash sink.Update August 14, 2025Infant change table was moved but is on the opposite of the hand washing sink the hand washing sink. Ensure the infant change table is switched around with workstation table so that its closer to the hand washing sink. Diaper genie should not be kept on the kids play space as well.
