- There were young children, that were unsupervised in the kitchen and running around. Please ensure all young children remain out of the kitchen when not supervised.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Fire suppression system was due to be serviced September 2023. Operator will contact company to come out to site. Please provide a copy of the report to this office once the fire suppression system has been serviced.
