      • 1. Non-removable wand electrodes for facial treatment being disinfected with isopropyl alcohol.- Discussed with operator that alcohol is no longer the acceptable way to disinfect and must acquire a disinfectant with a DIN.- Refer to the manufacturers instructions for the machine and determine the correct disinfectant.2. Use of CS20 for semi-critical tools did not have test strips or record log.- Acquire test strips and ensure you they are tested and verified each day that the disinfectant is used.
