- There was two sanitizer spray bottles with Quats solution in them. The Quat's concentration in the one spray bottle measured 0 ppm. Staff discarded the solution. Test strips are available on site for staff to measure surface sanitizer solution.

- There was no paper towel at the kitchen sink. Staff brought more paper towel out and installed on holder.
