- Both hand wash sinks in sushi/omakase kitchen were used as prep sinks to soak vegetables in bins.- Ensure hand wash sinks are not obstructed to ensure staff have access at all times.- Bins were removed from sinks at time of inspection.

Operator stated previous water damage was repaired in ceiling.- Replace the ceiling panels and ensure surface is smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.
