- Bleach sanitizer solution prepared in the spray bottle was too strong and tested >200 ppm at the time of inspection.- Solution was diluted with water and concentration tested at 100 ppm.- Operator was instructed to mix half to one teaspoon (2 to 5 ml) bleach into one litre water to get appropriate concentration.

- Sink stopper was not available at the facility. Unable to hold water or sanitizer solution during 2-comp manual dishwashing.- Please obtain and use an appropriate sink stopper for 2-comp sink.

- The dishwashing hand-sink was obstructed. The basin had equipment and utensils. Proper hand soap dispenser was not available at the hand sink. Operator removed utensils from the hand sink basin.- Ensure hand sink has hot water access, is unobstructed for staff use, and is stocked properly with paper towels and soap at all times.

Weather stripping on the back door was in disrepair, leaving visible gaps at the bottom of the back door.- Please replace/install weather stripping.

- The silicone caulk boarding the wall and the 2-compartment sink was covered with insulating spray foam.- Please remove foam and seal the backsplash with silicone caulking to ensure that surfaces are smooth, durable, easily cleanable, and impervious to moisture.
