- During the inspection, a pack of half and half cream was found with a "use by" date of October 21, 2025, which had passed. It was discussed that food item expiry dates are checked regularly as part of routine procedures. The expired product was discarded at the time of inspection.

- The dishwasher was allowed to warm up for 30+ minutes but was not able to reach a rinse temperature of 71C. The reading on the electronic temperature gauge decreased as time passed. Please have the dishwasher serviced so it can reach a minimum rinse temperature of 71C/160F at plate level.
