- Observation(s): The surface temperatures for the cut watermelons in the walk in cooler in the produce area are over 10 degree Celsius. The operator agrees to take immediate corrective actions.

- Observation(s): a) One of the knives stored in the knife holder in the meat processing area has chips on its blade. Using a damaged blade for handling food may cause physical contamination (e.g. metal pieces in the food, etc.). The damaged knife must not be used unless it has been repaired to allow safe food handling. b) The area around the spigot for the drinking water dispenser has accumulated debris. c) The plastic/glass cover near the spigot for the drinking water dispenser is broken.
