- Hot water temperature did not exceed 22.9C at the time of the initial routine inspection. Hot water must be able to maintain a temperature of at least 44C. PHI returned to the trailer approximately 30 min later and the hot water was operational and above 44C. The operator said there was a switch that was turned off. Please ensure the trailer is always supplied with hot and cold water when operating.
