      • 1. High-level disinfectant for semi-critical nail equipment (HLD-5) was expired in 2019. 2. Intermediate-level disinfectant for pedicure foot baths (Prevention Hydrotherapy) was expired in 2015. 3. Operator stated the HLD-5 was being changed out weekly, but no test strips or disinfection logs were available. Discussed these issues with the operator on site. The facility had just finished their last nail appointment of the day at the time of the inspection. The operator was instructed to purchase new disinfectants for the semi-critical nail equipment and pipeless foot baths before opening for operation the next day.
