      • No written procedures were in the facility during inspection. Written procedures were completed on-site during inspection.

      • 1. Electrical hair clippers and cleaning brushes were covered with hair and dirt.Informed staff to clean and disinfect the clippers and cleaning brushes and store them properly. 2. Unclean towels were stored on the service counter.Instructed staff to clean and store the towels properly.

      • 1. Staff was observed to disinfect reusable tools before they were properly cleaned.Re-educated staff to wash/clean reusabe tools first and disinfect them for 10 minutes.2. Barbicide canister was observed with hair debris.Staff was instructed to make fresh barbicide solution.

      • Unlabeled bottles of hair relaxer were stored in the cosmetics shelf.Staff discarded the bottles during inspection.

      • Shelving units in the client service area had hair debris/dust. Staff cleaned the area during inspection.
