      • The electrical tape on the handle of the door of the upright stainless steel cooler in the kitchen has been removed. REQUIRED ACTION: The broken door handle requires repair/covering with material to ensure that it is smooth, water-resistant, easy to clean and in good repair.

      • A thermometer is required inside the walk-in cooler in order to monitor the internal temperature of the cooler.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The high-temperature dishwasher was not turned-on to warm-up prior to the inspection. A final rinse temperature of 67C was measured at dish level.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Liquid soap and paper towel are required in the dispensers at the kitchen hand sink.

      • The handle to the door of the upright stainless steel cooler in the kitchen is broken and was covered with electrical tape. The electrical tape must be removed and the handle repaired so that it is smooth, water-resistant, easy to clean and in good repair.

      • Grease deposits were noted on the kitchen walls, floor, cooking equipment and hand sink.Food debris was noted on the metal shelving units in the walk-in cooler.
