This is an entrapment hazard. Please ensure the cover is tightly mounted on the wall to prevent an entrapment risk. 3. The under-sink cabinet where chemicals are stored is accessible to children or is not locked. Please proved a lock to the under-sink cabinet. 4. Electrical outlet plugs are not covered. Please cover the electrical outlet plugs to make them babyproof to prevent injuries.

The diaper change surface is made of two mats joined together, and there is groove where two mats joined, making the diaper change surface not smooth and not easily cleanable. ** As discussed, please correct these concerns.
