      • The temperature of the open display cooler containing sausage, cheese, and sandwiches was measured at 8 degrees C.

      • The temperature of food in the open display cooler was measured at 7 degrees C. The operator moved food to the back of the cooler during the inspection. They also advised the inspector that they would have the set temperature adjusted.

      • A stack of paper towel was sitting on the counter beside the hand sink.Please obtain/install a proper dispenser for paper towel at the hand sink.
