- Observation(s): Operator was unable to provide a written sanitation plan for cleaning / sanitizing the Slurpee and F'Real machines. F'Real machine was observed in an unsanitary state. A written / printed copy of sanitation procedures, available for staff, assist in sanitary operation of the equipment. Operator stated he would have printed copies of sanitation procedures ready for follow-up inspection to be performed on June 30 2021.
