- Observation(s): Two handwashing stations observed to be out of service. This is repeated violation from 2021 routine inspection.

- F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
- Observation(s): Observed raw chicken juice in puddle on the floor and on the inside door of the walk-in fridge. Additionally observed wall by hand wash station and hand wash station in prep area splattered in chicken by-products. Build up of food products without adequate cleaning and sanitization leads to unsanitary conditions that increases the risk of contamination of food products and can attract pests. Staff are likely to touch the inside of the door without realizing the unsanitary condition and contaminate food products as well. Operator stated this is not a normal condition and this would be cleaned by the end of the day as part of routine cleaning practices. Additionally, the operator would install a barrier between the prep table and handsink to keep both areas sanitary by July 27th.

- Observation(s): Observed two handsinks with signs posted that state "do not use" and not adequately supplied with hand soap and single-use drying product. Limiting the number of hand sinks for use prevents appropriate hand washing practices - improper hand washing is major contributing factor in foodborne illness cases. Operator stated she would acquire appropriate materials to supply hand washing stations.
