- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- One cooler (by the coffee area) was at 8C, perishable items were to be relocated. Operator indicated the cooler on the other side was not in use as temperature was higher than 4C as well. Please ensure the cooler is at 4C or less before using it again. Other cold holding units were at 4C or less. No hot holding onsite.
