- A large garbage can was stored in front of a hand sink. Ensure the hand sink is accessible and free from obstruction. Please relocate or provide a smaller garbage can.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- Handles of cold holding units had buildup of dried food/grease. Focus on cleaning high touch areas especially the handles, this includes handles of hand sinks. Please add this to the sanitation schedule if needed.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- Certain areas of walls had buildup of sauces/food. Please clean. Flooring in hard to reach areas had buildup of food/debris. Focus on cleaning of the hard to reach areas such as under equipment/appliances, legs of tables, etc.
