      • Crib mattress in cottonwood room requires cleaning/ disinfection.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • Cotton wood room: diapering station requires cleaning and repair
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Ensure all personal items are stored separately.Bin of sneakers in Birch Room, must be separated. Ensure all personal items are stored in a manner to prevent overlapping.

      • Paper towels in all washroom's handwashing sinks and hand washing sinks in the entire facility (including the kitchen) were not stored in suitable paper towel dispensers. Loose paper towels were being used.Please install suitable paper towel dispensers for all handwashing sinks to prevent contamination of the bulk supply.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • A few ceiling tiles located in the maple and willow rooms showed evidence of current or pervious water damage/staining and required replacement.Please ensure there is no active leak from the roof and replace the stained/damaged ceiling tiles.
